Hotel Desire Costa Rica is in the nudist image of what a clothing optional hotel should be. Our staff does not discern differences amongst those that follow a nudist lifestyle, encouraging enjoyment of all Costa Rica has to offer, clothed or unclothed. All are able to enjoy the hotel’s six acres of grounds irrespective of height, weight, ethnicity or proclivity – nudist image is equitable among staff and guests alike.

The hotel bar and restaurant are frequented by nudists and non-nudists alike, specializing in international cuisine with large portions. Ambience is assured with an old-world setting in the hardwood carved library. The hotel has many activities set upon its grounds – there are two clothing optional nudist swimming pools both with cabana beds for nudist subathing and one with a poolside bar, there is a naked jacuzzi area, soccer and frisbee pitch, tennis court, a Games Villa with fitness facilities, billiards pool table, and an outdoors table tennis platform with barbeque bar next to it. Stay in the main Mansion, where the check-in is located, or in one of the many villas located on the property – many suites come with jacuzzi whirlpool tubs and walkout balconies for your enjoyment. Nature walks and paths meander throughout the property and permit viewing of Costa Rican native flowers and bird species.

Nudist Recreation Opportunities

In addition to nudist recreation opportunities on the property, there are numerous day trips to Costa Rican sights and adventures including some nud beaches. Tours of neighboring volcanoes, eco and jungle tours, canopy tours with ziplines, as well as bungee jumping, horseback riding, surfing and whitewater rafting are some of the activities among many that you can indulge in while using the hotel as your central point of departure and return.
